OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — It's time for the Spooky Stampede, the Police Athletics for Community Engagement’s (PACE) 5k and half marathon this Saturday.

The Police Athletics for Community Engagement teams have been working on the diamond for weeks – but what these teams take away goes beyond baseball.

"Truly, the PACE fields in Omaha have become second homes for me, for my son's," Virginia McGill, a PACE parent, said.
